✅ You May Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement If:

• The item is damaged or defective

• The print or material quality is unsatisfactory

• The item you received differs from your order

Please contact support@plushprime.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

✅ Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Items must be unused and in perfect condition.
